Terms ofservice

These are the terms you agree to when you use the site and buy from us. No fine print, no hidden traps — just what actually matters to you as a customer. Want it short? See the five bullets below. Want the detail? Use the contents on the right.

  • Time-based subscriptionYou buy a digital license for a set period. Not a box, not a lifetime key.
  • Refund only on our faultWe refund when the mistake is on us, or when a confirmed product issue cannot be fixed. Otherwise — no.
  • Broken? Your days pauseIf the cheat goes into update or detection — your subscription freezes automatically. Resumes when it's back online.
  • Your key, yours aloneShare it, transfer it, gift it — account ban, no refund. One key, one device.

What this document is about

  • 1.1We are Ghosts, a private cheats store. The site is ghost.one. The legal entity we sell from is listed in the details at the bottom of this page.
  • 1.2You are a legal adult (or you take full responsibility for your own actions under your country's laws) buying a digital product.
  • 1.3This document is a public offer. Once you pay or register, you agree to everything below.
  • 1.4Terms may change. We notify you of material changes in your account and in the Telegram channel at least 14 days in advance.

What you're buying

  • 2.1Our products are temporary licenses to Ghosts software maintained by our own team.
  • 2.2We build, test, maintain, and sell our own software. This matters for how refunds work (see section 7).
  • 2.3One key — one device (HWID lock), unless the product page explicitly says otherwise.
  • 2.4We don't share source code or explain how a cheat works internally. That's trade secret and part of how it stays undetected.

What you may not do with our product

  • 3.1Transfer your key — sell it, gift it, rent it. We will spot it, and then the key and account get blocked with no refund.
  • 3.2Reverse-engineer, decompile, patch, or build your own loader for it.
  • 3.3Use the cheat to attack other services: DDoS, botting, farming accounts for resale.
Streaming and making videos with our cheats — totally fine, even welcome. Reviews, tutorials, highlight reels — go for it. One thing only: don't show your key or the loader binary in chat or DMs, or you'll trigger a mass detection.

Before you buy — on you

  • 4.1Read the system requirements before paying. Every cheat lists supported Windows versions, game version, minimum hardware, and anti-cheat compatibility.
  • 4.2If you bought a cheat and later discovered your Windows 7 or your 2008 laptop isn't supported — that's not grounds for a refund. The specs were on the page.
  • 4.3If you bought the wrong cheat / wrong duration / wrong game — also not grounds. Reading the page is your part.

What we guarantee

  • 5.1The cheat works on the game version listed on the product page at the moment of purchase.
  • 5.2If the cheat flips to "Updating" (after a game patch) or "Detected" (detection) — your subscription pauses automatically. Missed days come back once it's marked "Working" again.
  • 5.3Typical repair time after a game update is between an hour and a day, sometimes longer, rarely a week or more.
  • 5.424/7 support in Telegram. Usual response time is a few minutes.
  • 5.5We don't sell your data, we don't leak it, and we don't run ads using your name or identity.

What we do NOT guarantee

  • 6.1That you will never get banned. Detection risk is inherent to the product — it can't be fully eliminated. We minimize it, but nobody can promise 0 %.
  • 6.2That the cheat will work on non-standard systems (custom Windows builds, stripped LTSC, VMs, other cheats running in parallel, overlays and "optimizers").
  • 6.3That your game account can be "recovered" after a ban. We have no access to game developers.
  • 6.4That every feature works equally well on every hardware configuration. The product page describes an average case.

Refunds

We are responsible for delivery, access, and the product guarantees described here. A refund applies in two cases. In every other case — no, and we tell you honestly why.

Refund applies

7.1 Mistake on our side
  • Double charge
  • Payment went through but the key wasn't delivered due to a technical issue
  • Wrong item delivered because of our system (not your selection)
7.2 Confirmed technical issue with the product
  • All system requirements from the product page are met on your machine
  • The cheat physically won't launch or crashes instantly
  • Support ran a diagnosis (usually remote), reproduced the issue, and passed it to the technical team
  • Our technical team confirmed the issue and approved the refund
We refund the unused period of your subscription or the full amount — depending on the case.

No refund

  • Game account ban or cheat detection (see 6.1)
  • System requirements weren't met and the product page warned about them (see 4)
  • You bought the "wrong product" by mistake
  • The cheat is temporarily in "Updating" — your days freeze, money doesn't come back
  • You refused to show the issue remotely and we couldn't reproduce it
  • You simply "changed your mind"

7.4 Goodwill compensation

If your case doesn't fit 7.1–7.2 but feels fair — write to support. We may (not required to, but often do):

  • Reissue your key
  • Extend the subscription by a few days
  • Swap the cheat for an alternative, with or without a surcharge
  • Hand you a promo code for your next purchase
It's a gesture, not an obligation. The call is ours.

Account and multi-accounts

  • 8.1One person — one account. We detect multi-accounts via browser fingerprint, IP, and behavior patterns.
  • 8.2If we catch a multi-account: all bonuses are void, referral earnings reset, the main account may get a warning, clones get blocked.
  • 8.3Lost access to your email or password — only through support with proof of ownership (usually: order number and payment receipt).

Loyalty program

  • 9.1Your rank is assigned automatically based on your total paid orders. The total never expires.
  • 9.2Rank discount applies automatically to every product in your cart.
  • 9.3Rank discount stacks with promo codes. The combined discount is usually capped at 20 % of the product price — a margin protection. In special cases (personal gesture, major sale), admins may allow more — their call.
  • 9.4Exclusive codes (during large sales) may replace the rank discount — this is stated on the code itself.
  • 9.5We may revise rank thresholds, discount sizes, and perks. We notify you 14 days in advance in your account. Your accumulated total is not reset.
  • 9.6The referral program (bring a friend) is live from this release. Rules — on /referral-program and in section 10 of this document.

Referral program

  • 10.1Every customer gets a personal referral link and promo code in their account.
  • 10.2For every invited customer who pays their first order, the inviter earns a bonus on their internal balance. The amount — on /referral-program.
  • 10.3Bonus balance is spendable only as a discount on purchases. It can't be withdrawn as cash.
  • 10.4A friend's bonus counts only if they are a new customer (their e-mail and fingerprint haven't been seen on our side before).
  • 10.5Cap: no more than 20 referrals per inviter per month.
  • 10.6We may void bonuses if we see signs of multi-accounts, gaming the system, or collusion.

Chat rules

11.1 We're here for normal conversation. Swearing, jokes, venting — all fine.

This is fine

  • Talking about games, settings, builds
  • Sharing your experience and screenshots
  • Asking other players for advice
  • Criticizing a specific cheat on the merits — that's useful feedback

This is not

  • Insults toward other players or admins
  • Politics and religion — we quietly ignore and move it to DMs
  • Racism, sexism, Nazism — one warning, then permanent ban
  • Ads for third-party projects, Discord servers, channels
  • Transferring keys or advertising other cheat stores
  • Technical bug reports in the public chat — that's what support is for
11.3 Moderator decisions are not debated in chat. If you disagree with a ban — write to support and we'll sort it out calmly.

Liability

  • 12.1Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific order.
  • 12.2Indirect losses — lost earnings, game account ban, moral damage — are not compensated. You accept that risk at the moment of payment.
  • 12.3Force majeure (hosting outage, DDoS, payment gateway closure) — removes deadline obligations but not delivery obligations: once we're back, we deliver.

Disputes

  • 13.1Start with support. 95 % of cases are resolved there peacefully.
  • 13.2If we can't agree — file a formal claim in Telegram to @ghostscc_support with a link to the order. Review window is 30 days.
  • 13.3We don't like lawsuits, and we sincerely hope you don't either. Almost any dispute gets resolved by messaging over a few days. If we hit a dead end — we part ways without drama.

This document may be updated. The version is stated at the end. Continuing to use the site after an update = consent to the new version.
