Why are prices so different — one cheat is cheap, another costs way more?

It comes down to three things:

1. How tough the game's anti-cheat is. Where protection is hard (Valorant, EFT), development is pricier and support is non-stop. Where it's simpler, it's cheaper.

2. Subscription length. A one-day pass is cheaper in total but costs more per day. The longer the subscription, the cheaper each day.

3. Feature set. A simple ESP/wallhack costs less than a full cheat with aim-assist, visuals, radar, and configs for different playstyles.

How do I know a cheat actually works and isn't a scam?

Accepted Answer

Every cheat has a status on its page: "Safe", "At risk", or "Not safe". If the status is red, buying is disabled automatically. We don't hide problems — losing a sale is better than a refund and a hit to our reputation.

I have a laptop / an old GPU — will it run?

System requirements are on every product page: supported Windows versions, game version, minimum hardware, anti-cheat compatibility. Read them before buying, not after — "didn't fit" is not grounds for a refund.

Is there a demo or trial?

Accepted Answer

No. Any trial leaks online fast and burns signatures — which breaks the cheat for everyone else. But many cheats have a 1-day subscription at a low price. That's your trial.

Does the cheat have a spoofer?

Some cheats have a spoofer built in — it masks your hardware fingerprint to protect you from an HWID ban. Whether a specific cheat has one is shown on its product page (the "built-in spoofer" field).

It depends on demand and votes in our Telegram channel. Really want a specific game? Message support or vote in the channel — we take it into account.

Do I have to register to buy?

Accepted Answer

No. You can buy as a guest — just give a working e-mail and the key lands there. But an account is handier: purchase history, internal balance, rank discounts, and device-binding reset right from your cabinet.

Two ways: by e-mail and password, or via a social — Google, Yandex, Discord, or Telegram. You can link/unlink social login in your profile.

After registering I got a code by email — what for?

That's e-mail verification. It's required: login is blocked until your email is confirmed. No email? Check "Spam" and request the code again.

On the login page hit "Forgot password", enter your e-mail — a reset code arrives. Then you set a new password. Two steps.

Can I change my e-mail?

Yes, in your profile. For security the confirmation code goes to the new address — that's how we make sure the email is yours.

What is two-factor (2FA) and do I need it?

It's an extra code from an authenticator app at login. Not required, but turn it on in your profile if you want to fully protect an account with balance and purchases from being hijacked.

How do I delete my account?

There's no self-delete button yet — message support from your account and we'll remove it manually. What gets erased and what gets anonymized is described in the Privacy policy.

RU cards and SBP, international cards, and cryptocurrency. The current list is always shown at checkout and depends on your region — if a method is temporarily unavailable, it simply won't appear.

Can I buy without registering?

Yes, as a guest — by e-mail, paying by card or crypto. One thing: guests can't pay from the internal balance (only registered users have one). If that e-mail already belongs to an account, we'll ask you to log in.

You charged me but there's no key. What do I do?

Accepted Answer

1. Check your account and the "Spam" folder — the key is always duplicated in your cabinet and sent to your email.

2. If more than 5 minutes passed — message support with your order number and amount. We'll sort it fast: either issue the key manually or refund you.

Can I pay with someone else's card or for a friend?

Technically yes. But if the cardholder later disputes the charge with their bank — the account gets blocked and it'll be a long argument. Not recommended.

Why does crypto take longer than a card?

It's not us being slow — it's the blockchain. The payment waits for network confirmations, and the time depends on the coin and network load. Usually from a couple of minutes to half an hour.

Where's the key after payment?

In two places at once: in your account and in your e-mail. The key format is GHOST-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX. Guests get it by email and via the order link.

If you pay from the internal balance — instantly, in the same window. If by card, SBP, or crypto — right after the payment is confirmed (usually fast; crypto is a bit slower due to the network).

1. Download the loader — from the download page or your account.
2. Turn off your antivirus and Windows Defender.
3. Run the loader as administrator.
4. Enter your key. On first launch it binds to your device.

That's normal. Any software working with game memory gets flagged as suspicious. Before launching, disable protection and add the loader's folder to your antivirus exceptions. After that the loader runs fine.

I bought it but the key was out of stock?

Accepted Answer

You can't buy an empty product — if no keys are left, the system won't let you place the order. And if the pool runs dry between payment and delivery, we automatically refund your balance — your money won't get stuck.

The cheat launched but I see nothing in-game

Top 4 causes:

1. Wrong menu key (usually INSERT or END — check the guide).
2. Wrong window mode (some cheats only work in "Fullscreen windowed").
3. Wrong launch order: loader first, then the game. Not the other way around.
4. Outdated loader — grab a fresh one from your account after every update.

1. His antivirus is off, yours isn't.
2. He has genuine Windows, you have a custom build.
3. He runs as administrator, you don't.

The game updated and the cheat stopped working. How long?

When a cheat flips to "Updating" after a game patch, your subscription freezes automatically — no days are spent until it's fixed. We don't promise exact timelines: sometimes hours, sometimes longer. The current status is always shown on the product page.

What is HWID?

It's a unique fingerprint of your PC's hardware. The key binds to it on first launch, one key per device, so it can't be shared or resold.

I changed my PC or reinstalled Windows — the key won't start

Accepted Answer

After a hardware change the key sees a new fingerprint and won't launch. The fix is to reset the binding yourself: HWID reset is available both in your account and on the loader download page. The number of resets is limited (three by default). If you've run out — message support.

The loader is outdated, what do I do?

After every cheat update, grab a fresh loader from your account. The old one won't work after a patch — that's normal.

Will I get banned?

There's always a risk. We do what we can — anti-cheat bypasses, spoofers, guides — but nobody can promise 0 %. Anyone promising 100 % safety is lying, don't fall for it.

What's an HWID ban and a spoofer?

An HWID ban is when the game bans the hardware, not the account: a new account won't help, the ban stays on the PC. A spoofer masks the hardware fingerprint to avoid this. Some of our cheats have a spoofer built in — check the product page.

How do I lower the ban risk?

1. Don't shoot through walls point-blank or move unnaturally.
2. Don't show your key or loader in chats and DMs.
3. Use a spoofer where it's needed.
4. Don't run the cheat alongside overlays, "FPS optimizers", or other untrusted software.

In short — act like a normal player, just with better aim.

Cheats are banned by law in my country. Am I at risk?

Legally we sell software. Using cheats in online games almost everywhere breaks the game's own terms of service — that's your risk, not ours. Local laws are on you to follow.

We refund in two cases:

1. A mistake on our side — double charge, key not delivered technically, wrong item delivered. We refund right away here.

2. A confirmed product issue: all system requirements are met on your machine but the cheat won't work — support diagnoses it, reproduces the issue, and our technical team approves the refund.

In every other case — no.
